Hello, my name is Imraan Adam and I would like to welcome you to my blog page Wheel of Thoughts. I thought I would just introduce myself as well as tell you a bit about who I am and what this page is going to entail.
I am a Muslim disabled man living in Derby, England who has a real passion for writing. I have a BA degree in Journalism and I am currently working for a local disabled organisation called Disability Direct as a Press Officer, as well as doing some freelance work for the Redmen TV.
I wanted to create a platform where I can write creatively and freely about a wide range of topics that influences me on a day to day basis. From movies to politics, from religion to sports and everything else in between. This blog page will provide a mixture of both opinion pieces as well as some investigative journalism.
As with any journalist I will be writing about some controversial issues as well as giving my opinion on them, it’s always healthy to debate these issues and I will be providing comment boxes underneath every blog post for people to have their say, I only ask you to do this in a respectful and polite manner and if you don’t agree with anything I have written that is fine but just be respectful in your comments.
